Admission Procedure
- ▶ Sweet Memories School follows the C.B.S.E. board curriculum for class 1 to 10 and H.S.C. board curriculum for Class 11 and 12 ( Commerce). Admissions to Kindergarten (Nursery to Upper Kg.) are also taken.
▶ The prospectus and admission form can be filled on the day the student reports for Academic Evaluation i.e. entrance test.Entrance test will be conducted on previous years knowledge/syllabus.
▶The fees can be paid online or through various modes mentioned here:

- ◼ Easy finance facilities are also available.
- A formal receipt will be provided for all of the above.
- ◼ Original school leaving certificate or Transfer certificate (from the previous school)

- ◼ Photo copy of student’s Birth Certificate
- ◼ Two passport size photographs of student, Father, Mother or guardian.
- ◼ Photo copy of Aadhaar card.
- ◼ Address proof Ration card/ Electricity bill

As per CBSE guidelines. English is the medium of communication. Languages offered are English & Hindi.

Rules & Regulations
Students should not bring any expensive items like Camera, Walkman/Discman, Mobiles, IPod etc. and eatable items to the dorms. In case any such item is found in possession of any student, the same will be confiscated. They should not keep any cash or mobile with them, If any cash or mobile is found with them, they will be liable to pay the fine of Rs. 10000/-
Students will be fined for any loss or damage to school property caused by them.
Please arrange your family programmes after going through the school calendar. Leave will not be granted on normal school days.
The students should be present in the school on the re-opening day itself after all Vacations/Exeats. A Fine of Rs. 1000/- per day is charged for their absence after holidays.
Withdrawal of Child
Three months in advance, notice must be given to withdraw any child. Otherwise the payment of full fees of three months school and boarding is to be made. Notice of withdrawal is to be given at least 90 days in advance in case the child is not continuing the course for the following academic year.
